I tried that but it didn"t work...I then went to properties for both picture/đoạn Clip files and noticed they were set khổng lồ be opened by "twinui", I changed both to lớn windows picture viewer & windows media player & now everything"s fine.Thanks

I have the same problem today opening my pictures. I tried the same thing you first did, too, changing View>>Options>>This PC & it didn"t work. Can you explain in a little more detail your solution (below) that worked? I"m not very tech savvy. Where vị you find properties for picture/video files? Thanks so much!
